Mostly Harmless

If anything can go wrong, it will go wrong.
Over the past few weeks, my life has gone haywire. An injury that obstinately refuses to heal, a failed internet connection, a mid-sem gone awry, a girlfriend who refuses to have sex. Ok the last one was cooked up but still I couldnt have asked for more.

Besides, the mess in my room has only deteriorated. So much so that now theres no room for furthur deterioration. My long held belief that disorder is the natural state of everything and hence the condition of my room, seems to be vacillating now.

The rants never stop, do they. Anyway, I also watched a beautiful movie Yahan. There are people who would go for a biopsy of the movie in terms of its storyline, flaws and god only knows what else. I refuse to waste all that time on a movie. So, I judge a movie by the first impression it makes on me. In that sense Yahan would be one of the very very few bollywood movies I'd like to watch again. A simple love story told amidst terrorism in the Kashmir valley. Breathtaking visuals of the Kashmir valley, good acting (i'm not a credible judge on that one though), an interesting plot, a beautiful actress (this could be one of the reasons for my obsession). People have been telling me its full of Bollywood cliches. I dont know, I didnt realise that so much engrossed I was in the movie. But I liked the movie inspite of it or was it because of it.
